Terms, privacy and content licences
Copyright in the LearnSys Vocab platform, brand and original site content belongs to IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, to the extent applicable rights exist. All rights are reserved except material expressly made available under an open licence or separate written permission. Third-party software and content retain their respective owners and terms.
Subscriptions and service arrangements
A written quotation confirms exact service dates, reviewed content scope, staffed support hours, training, data-processing and acceptance terms. There is no automatic charge or renewal. Evaluations are by separate agreement and require no testimonial or endorsement.
School content and use
Teachers select the appropriate vocabulary, meanings, examples and accepted answers, and control publication to their learners. Schools align their selected material with their teaching objectives. The service supports practice and formative assessment. School assignments require an internet connection to save and submit; browser speech availability depends on the device.
A clear boundary around data and AI
School accounts, answers and support conversations are permission-separated. The public website does not display pupil data. The workspace stores necessary local preferences such as interface language, not account records for offline use. Speech comes from the browser and device and may use device-vendor services. School data-processing terms must be agreed separately.
Registration and enquiries
Registration enquiries collect school and business contact details, selected plan, expected roster and requirements. With your consent, they are saved in the private provider inbox and sent through the IGEARS mail service to [email protected] so the team can respond. No automatic subscription, payment or promotional mailing-list registration is created. Do not include pupil records or passwords. Contact IGEARS to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.

Dictionary reference material comes from Wiktionary contributors. IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED prepares AI-assisted teaching additions. Applicable rights are licensed CC BY-SA 4.0: preserve attribution and sources, indicate changes and comply with ShareAlike when adapting. This content licence does not cover the platform software, brand illustrations, pupil records or private school uploads.
This company notice does not withdraw existing CC BY-SA 4.0 rights or claim exclusive ownership of Wiktionary material. Pupil records and private school uploads do not become public CC material through use of the service. AI-generated illustrations are illustrative and do not depict actual customers or partner schools.
Optional school procurement arrangements
Schools may purchase the product through their ordinary budgets or, where applicable, an eligible funding arrangement. A school using funding should confirm the permitted purpose, available balance and procurement requirements. A quotation does not itself establish grant eligibility or approval.
